1. Ex-FBI Direct James Comey Indicted by DOJ for "8647" Instagram Post

Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a federal grand jury for his cryptic and suspicious 2025 Instagram Post where he aligned seashells to form "86 47" in the sand. Prosecutors argue the "86" represents harm while the "47" is implied to be President Donald Trump. This is the second time the former FBI Director has been indicted by Trump's second administration when Comey was charged for making false statements under a federal judge last year.

2. Fauci Adviser Indicted by DOJ on Charges of Hiding COVID Records

Dr. David Morens, a former senior adviser and "right hand man" of Dr. Anthony Fauci, was indicted by the DOJ on multiple conspiracy and obstruction charges for his involvement in suppressing critical COVID-19 information and records. He is accused of using private emails to manipulate the truth and worked to hide the virus' origins. 

3. King Charles III Visits President Trump, Congress and United States

During a White House dinner, special guest King Charles III presented President Trump with a brass bell from the World War II era "HMS TRUMP," celebrating the two nation's strong heritage and alliance. King Charles also spoke to Congress (the first royal to speak to Congress since Queen Elizabeth II in 1991) reaffirming the strength of the U.K.-U.S. 's "special relationship."

4. FBI Conducts Childcare Raids in Minnesota in Fraud Search

Federal authorities carried out raids in over 20 childcare centers and facilities across Minneapolis and greater Minnesota in part of a fraud investigation into misuse of taxpayer funded programs. These raids are searching for specific businesses who have claims of inflated billing and fraudulent claims, many tied to Medicaid-funded services.

5. Dems Fail to Curb Trump's War Powers Against Cuba

The GOP blocked measures coordinated by Senate Democrats in curbing President Trump's military action taken against Cuba. The politically motivated attack against the President's authority is yet another attempt by the Democrats to undermine the executive branch. The split in the Senate highlights division over foreign policy across the board, as tension with Cuba is on the rise.

6. UAE Shocks Global Markets with Surprise Exit from OPEC

The United Arab Emirates announced their exit from OPEC after 60 years, delivering a major blow to the global oil markets and its ability to control the supply. Officials signal a shift towards greater production independence during the ongoing turmoil in the Middle East in regards to oil.

7. FCC Opens License Review of ABC Amid Jimmy Kimmel Comments

The FCC has started a review of broadcast licenses to ABC stemming from the controversial comments made by late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. This is the FCC's second investigation into the Jimmy Kimmel Live show, this time in response to the host's disgusting joke calling First Lady Melania Trump a "expectant widow" days before the White House Correspondent's Dinner shooting.

8. Judge Dismisses Trump Lawsuit Seeking Arizona Voter Data

A federal judge has thrown out a DOJ lawsuit, backed by President Trump, seeking access to Arizona's voter data. This is another legal setback in the administration's initiative for greater transparency stemming from 2020 voter fraud.

9. White House Warns TSA, DHS Funding is Running Out

The White House has warned Congress that the emergency funds used to pay TSA workers and other Department of Homeland Security officials are running out, causing greater concern to pass a funding bill for DHS. Officials say the funding measures are near total depletion during the prolonged DHS funding failure, as Democratic officials continue to play games with people's livelihoods. 

10. State Department Plans to Featuring Trump on America250 Passports

The U.S. State Department will be issuing limited-edition American passports with President Donald Trump's likeness and signature. This is in part of the government's celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence
